Jane met Brian Maloney in 1980 at Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts in Detroit, Michigan. The two had not had a conversation in over forty years when Brian reached out to ask her to join his Sonic Coast team. Brian was a highly respected Vice President of Capitol Broadcasting company based in North Carolina when he made the decision that he did not want to die in a suit and tie. He retired from corporate radio and made a pivot back to his biggest passion, music. Brian talks to Jane this week about the importance of living your life to the fullest and not wasting precious time. He has created the Sonic Coast station that focuses on music from his beloved home state of Michigan. You will be inspired to follow your dreams after listening to this weeks show!
