Hey guys welcome to another episode of Lessons From The Limitless Warrior, Let me ask you this did you make new year’s resolutions which you didn’t even past get past January to February the 2nd month of the year you didn’t even stick to your goals your resolution because resolutions are waste of time waste of time why do know what you need this is what you need to do to be able to achieve the things you want to do to actually stick to the things you need to stick to a to achieve your goals to start living life you want so this is basically your 21 days to commitment that’s what I’m going to call it 21 days to commitment this is all you need to do to be able to change your life and really be committed to something is for 21 days to stick to it whatever it is if it’s walking 10000 Steps a day do that for 21 days and then after 21 days when you don’t do it a day you wish you had done it because in that routine and you will start doing it again and again and again it’s just like exercising or going to the gym the first two weeks are hard and the third week it starts to get easy after the 21st day when you take a day off you wish you were working out or at the gym because it’s part of you it’s part of your DNA now so 21 days to commitment can you do that tell us in the comments what you’re going to do for 21 days which will absolutely change of life and transform your life maybe it’s that use Resolution that you gave up on so I’m Anthony Payten thanks to join to me again today don’t forget to subscribe to the limitless Warrior podcast share this post share this podcast and I’ll connect with you soon.
