Al is a decorated corporate pioneer and global authority on change from inside organizations. Listen as we discuss what leaders must do and how they must think to succeed at change.

"A measure of whether a change is successful is whether it's a lasting change." Al discusses how a company can approach changing the culture and how important he feels it is for leaders to humble themselves. "They should understand you are not the boss; you are the person with the responsibility."
