We all get this from time to time. Maybe even more so at the moment when things are tight for everyone. That age old thing of the customer asking for a discount, or is that the best price that you can do. Or even the I can get it cheaper somewhere else. And lets be honest we have all done it ourselves before also!
And lets be honest at times its easy to just cave in and give a little extra discount or some money off. And the customer always love to put you on the spot and under pressure to help them get that couple of £££ off.
