We speak to deputy chief nurse Graeme Wright about the Trust's work to become Veteran-Aware and what it means for patients and staff.
He also explains the significance of the Armed Forces Covenant, which the Trust signed earlier this year, the various stages of accreditation to becoming a Veteran-Aware organisation, and what staff and patients need to know about the project.
