Welcome to the Female Executive Survivor Guide podcast. I'm your host, Lauren Eyles and I'm so excited to be introducing this podcast with a little preview ahead of launching in December. So what is this about? This is about helping women in the first few years of their executive career. It can be really lonely if you happen to be the only female executive on the team, which statistically we know is pretty prevalent.
That was me about 11 years ago. And now as an executive coach and mentor and board chair and executive and university lecturer and all the things I do, I really love sharing my knowledge and experience to help other leaders thrive, particularly women. So I'll be introducing you to amazing female leaders from all over Australia who'll be sharing their tips and tricks, their stories, their shortcuts, their maps to really help you get to where you wanna be quicker and hopefully a bit easier and with a bit more energy in the tank than in our experience.
We'll be talking about business strategy, leadership, team dynamics, figuring out the unwritten rules of success in any organization, building strong relationships inside and outside the relationship, being an amazing leader, leading in your own style.
Learning what is your own style, how do you show up as you? Because I think one of the things in executive life is we get there and we think we have to be someone else. But we are our most powerful when we're authentic and relaxed and people get to know, like and trust us. I've got some amazing interviews teed up and I would also love to hear from you.
