Need solutions for your sleep problems? Sleep is one of the most underrated luxuries. It is crazy to think that something we so vitally need to function is so hard to come by in the early parenting years. Parenting is exhausting yet it is probably one of the hardest times to get any sleep. Well in this episode we welcome back our Sleep Expert Laura Conway from Infant Sleep Australia to help us with some Toddler Sleep Troubleshooting.


Dr Laura Conway discusses some of the common sleep problems she sees in Toddlers, including:
  • Bedtime refusal top tips
  • Sibling sharing a room solutions
  • What to do if your toddler is sleep stalling
  • How to help your toddler if they are scared of the dark
  • Co-sleeping can be something that happens, sometimes parents choose this (although it is not recommended by safe sleep guidelines) and other times it evolves out of sheer exhaustion. Laura shares her tips to stop co-sleeping and getting your toddler to sleep in their big bed
  • Night waking and sleep walking advice
  • How to know if it is a behavior issue affecting your toddler's sleep or if they may have a medical reason which is impacting their sleep, i.e. sleep apnoea
