Creating Legacy Wealth through Business Acquisitions

Jay Organa is a visionary who has turned struggling businesses into success stories over 25 years of experience in the US, China, and Europe. He is a true entrepreneur who has increased his personal side from zero to 350 million in residential sales in just four years. Jay's first business was a small chain of convenience stores in Morocco. He quickly realized that he had the wrong people, no systems for managing inventory, no accounting systems, and no good management skills. Jay learned the lesson of trusting but verifying, having good accounting and inventory management systems, and sound processes to prevent losses. He believes you know much more from tough times than good times. Jay did not have a well-thought-out strategy for choosing an asset class, and he stumbled into the convenience store business by chance.

Jay is an accomplished entrepreneur and expert in private equity investing for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), with over a decade of experience in banking, manufacturing, and management consulting across China and Europe. He founded Homearly Real Estate Group, which he transformed into a $350 million enterprise with 5000 successful transactions in just four years. In 2018, he sold the company to a leading southern California firm. Jay is dedicated to assisting fellow entrepreneurs in creating successful exit plans and investors in executing high ROI investments in SMBs. He is also an experienced real estate and business investor, always seeking new opportunities to add value to the community.
