Anita Jaynes has become the South West's business ambassador with her publishing and events company, The Business Exchange South West. Hers is an organisation that truly champions the best of business in Bath and Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire.

She set up her independent publishing business in 2013 and has gone from strength to strength, organising this year's inaugural TBE Awards. She runs business shows, conferences and expos, and works tirelessly to bring together businesses in her region.

Anita tells us about her career working in magazines before redundancy provoked her to start her own business. She has learnt what works and what doesn't in the world of PR and business news, and shares some penetrataing tips that any entrepreneur will benefit from.
