On this week's episode of The Building Manager podcast, I interview Michael (Mick) Bowley who is the Building Manager at Mantra on View, in Surfers Paradise. It is good to get the real perspectives of a Building Manager on the show and just what it takes to manage not only their team but their building. As a precursor, I am an owner in the building and on the committee but that is not the reason for the interview. I wanted to get Mick to talk about the role of a Building Manager and hopefully this will spark your thoughts and dreams on moving into the role.
