With a diverse career that spans some of the most prominent startups, including Uber, Siadhal has firsthand experience with the challenges of rapid growth.
In 2016, as Uber was expanding quickly, Siadhal dedicated 20-30% of his time to hiring, facing the realities of hyper-scale hiring challenges. Together with his co-founder, Shahriar Tajbakhsh, he developed Metaview to enhance hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
One crucial insight he gained was that as hiring volume increases, candidate experience and the ability to make informed decisions can diminish. Everyone involved wants to do a great job, hire the best talent, and create memorable experiences, but the process can become chaotic very quickly.
Enabling recruiters and hiring managers to keep up with the speed and volume without compromising quality is the key.
