I always make a point during the holidays to offer you as much help as I can to navigate all the complexities that come with this season. This is my holiday pocket protector for you I truly hope it helps.

In this episode, I walk you through 3 short practices that you can try during the holidays (or tomorrow before you see family). These three practices make up a whole practice meant to help you ground, center, and embody as much of yourself as you can no matter what situations you might be facing. Keep in mind - if your family is unsafe this practice is not going to help you only limiting access will help you. If this is the case and it is a new or old revelation to you and you are now ready to look at it therapy is a wonderful way forward.
