How you Learn! - is about the learning process that skaters & dancers go through when learning choreography. Of course, these concepts can also be applied to many other disciplines! Truly understanding HOW we learn can really help an athlete develop as well as have more patience when learning new things. By breaking it down, my intent is to give people an awareness of the process and how it works so they can relate wk which step they may find themselves in. This episode also delves into individual learning styles & preferences.
