Manage episode 311397457 series 3118014
In this RE-LAUNCHED series, we focus on powerful women entrepreneurs and leaders creating change. As we all face a difficult time in this global pandemic, we interview Harmony Prado, the Founder of Harmony's Room, a social enterprise focused around mental health, who will help guide you with helpful tips to overcome anxiety during this time of crisis. Harmony Prado is only 18 years old, but she started her emotional support community for teenage girls dating back to middle school. Her initiative has also won numerous awards and startup competitions as it provides resources such as workshops and even a mobile app in the future - all to support youth with anxiety and depression.
Harmony shares own journey dealing with anxiety & emotional difficulties and provides helpful tools and strategies for coping. As a young adult who has faced many obstacles, she has learned important lessons along the way and shares insights about her startup path and general life skills managing self-care. Her wisdom carries her far beyond her years so be uplifted and encouraged by this inspiring high school senior and female founder (who is also my younger sister)!
