Through practical, everyday strategies and tips, I help you to become empowered to make a lasting difference in your child's wellbeing journey.

In this episode I'm having a casual chat with Naturopath and Nutritionist Bec Axon about better understanding of our child’s gut health and what it means for their eating habits and food relationship. We talk about the common wrestle parents have between wanting to support our child’s body through gut nourishing foods but also support their relationship with sweet food, and how with a lot of topics about parenting, there’s not always a one size fits all answer.
