In this episode, Chad Lauer, Dave Tamkus, and Chad Evans follow up the why not shamokin episode by interviewing Kurt Masser. Kurt has had great entrepreneurial success and political success right here in our region. From growing up on a farm in Pitman PA to owning The Wayside Inn his family is well known on route 61. Kurt also used his business experience to become Northumberland County Commissioner and followed that up by becoming a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 107th district. Kurt now owns KAM Strategies Consulting where he uses his lengthy experience in office to help with all state and local issues you may face, from lobbying, to business development and procurement. Kurt has had a major impact on our area and shares his insights on how we continue to have a positive impact on our region. He also shares great insights from his experience in Harrisburg and helps provide a roadmap on how to have the coal region thrive once again.
