In today’s episode, I will explain to you the six components of a thorough, human-centered, and highly effective research plan that will allow you to ask the right questions, establish precise objectives, and extract the richest insights from your future customers or users.

I have done HUNDREDS OF customer interviews, survey but at the beginning of my business I probably didn’t have the best research and was left wishing I asked better questions.

Just as a well-prepared traveler sets out on a journey with a map in hand, a researcher embarks on a quest for knowledge armed with a solid research plan.
