Portia Louder, began her career documenting weddings as a photographer, and became involved in real estate in 2004. Portia was indicted for mortgage fraud and received a 7 year prison sentence. She left her husband Chad, and their 5 children and served 4.5 years in federal prison. Portia opens our eyes and hearts to the real challenges and struggles that people in prison face. She shares an account of compassion, faith and enduring friendships discovered in federal prison. Portia works with at-risk youth, and speaks regularly at prisons and detention centers. She lives in Saratoga Springs, UT with her husband Chad and enjoys a simple life with their children and grandchildren.
