Every so often you maybe struck with a deep desire to pursue a goal or dream. Many of us, brush it off and keep following the "safe path". But what would happen if you followed that gut feeling? Its not guaranteed that the path will be easy. In fact it will most certainly be the opposite. However, imagine all the things you will learn and experience. Think about the person that will emerge at the end of that journey. Now that is the exciting!

Today's guest is Jill Putnam.
Jill is a corporate Controller turned entrepreneur. After 13 years climbing the corporate accounting ladder, she followed her gut and started her own company. With a brand new take on headwear for long hair, Red Sprite Hats launched as the first hats and beanies you can put on when your hair is already up in a messy bun. After launching, she was approached to help other businesses with her accounting expertise and so also runs an accounting consulting business alongside Red Sprite Hats. When Jill isn't working, she's listening to audiobooks around the house and her favorite thing is hanging with and playing games with her family.
