I was part of a loom group which I explain a bit in this episode. My experience taught me and reminded me that we need to use discernment on who we surround ourselves with. Also, understand how to protect our energy and our space and use tools to clear dark energies and put protection so we don’t bring those energies into our space.
I talk about some of the tools I’m trained with and use to do this for myself.
