Second, he or she does not like to talk to people. Third, he or she does not know national interests. Fourth, he or she does not know diplomacy with neighboring countries. Fifth, he or she does not know how to control emotions. Sixth, he or she does endanger people’s life and country itself. Seventh, he or she does not take responsibilities given to him or her. Eighth, he or she does attribute the blame to others. Ninth, he or she does tell lies to people. Tenth, he or she doen not step down from his or her position.
