Melissa started her journey with a sales training business she started with her mother. Now she is working with her daughter, Stephanie, in their business Cultivating Sales.
Susan’s daughter, Lindsay Trumpler, has been a business partner in Beyond ROI for over 10 years, measuring the impact of sales training.
These mother-daughter teams let you in on the challenges of working with your family, managing the change in relationship dynamics when you go from family to business partner and co-worker, and figuring out how to stay in your lane.
