A more rewarding and engagement work experience always begins in the heart of the leader. In fact, building a healthy team rests on the foundation of growing yourself as a leader. As a leader, you have to, “Put your own mask on, first.” It will enable you to survive, thrive and serve in seasons of stress, chaos and confusion.
