“It seems that demands are superficially low because demands are high and this is what I’m unsure about – if rates do come down by the end of 2024, we’re in the 5% range for prime, is that gonna create a frenzy in real estate?” “From my understanding as well, once the order is filed, the tenant has a certain period of time to file a motion if they want to oppose it.
