تعرّفنا عن قرب على الشيف المتألق محمّد شبشول رئيس الطهاة حالياً في فندق ميلينيوم إيربورت دبي Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai و واحد من أشهر الأكاديميين المتواجدين على السوشال ميديا، حيث أخبرنا عن مشواره الطويل الذي بدأ من كلية الفندقة في دمشق و أبرز الفنادق فيها، حيث تدرّب و تعرّض لتجارب قاسية ثم عمل على تطوير قدراته على جميع الأصعدة إلى أن حظي بفرصة مناسبة في دبي و تابع مشواره الأكاديمي إلى أن وصل إلى مراتب مرموقة، كما شارك معنا العديد من الإضاءات حول مهنة و أسرار و احترافية الفندقة و إعداد الوجبات و لوائح الطعام، ما يوضح الفروق بين طبّاخي السوشال ميديا و الدارسين، ثم أبدى رأيه ببرامج الطبخ العالمية التي دُعي إلى العديد منها و شارك في بعضها، في رحلة مليئة بالتحديات و الطموح.

In this episode of Seera,
We got to know the brilliant chef, Mohammed Chabchoul, the current head chef at the Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai and one of the most famous academics on social media. He told us about his long journey that began at the Hotel College in Damascus and its most prominent hotels, where he trained and was exposed to harsh experiences. He then worked on developing his abilities at all levels until he was given a suitable opportunity in Dubai and continued his academic journey until he reached prestigious positions. He also shared with us many insights into the profession, secrets and professionalism of hotels, preparing meals and menus, which clarifies the differences between social media chefs and Professionals. He then expressed his opinion on the international cooking programs that he was invited to many of and participated in some of them, in a journey full of challenges and ambition.
