In this episode we are joined by ECP’s Senior Education Specialist, Alan Gardiner where we exploring all the latest changes in the new 2023 edition of 'Working Together to Safeguard Children Guidance.'
This statutory guidance on multi-agency working is designed to facilitate collaboration among different agencies to support, safeguard, and enhance the well-being of children. It provides a framework for coordinated efforts to address the diverse needs of children, emphasising the importance of working together to ensure their protection and promote their welfare.
Alan has had over 21 years experience in the education sector with 7 years as a headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead. Through his delivery of training at ECP as a consultant in our Early Years and Primary Portfolio. Alan prides himself on creating safe spaces for all to help them fulfil their aspirations, by empowering people to believe change can happen. This is created by giving people the confidence to challenge and provide safety and security for the next generation.
