In this episode we're talking about a minimalist approach to achieving a performance goal time for the marathon. In this week's slightly delayed episode we workshop some ideas of different ways to run 5k at parkrun - other than a flat-out PB attempt of course! Meanwhile, Lisa runs 10:46 for 3k, spikes her HR above 200, and collects some much needed data for review by her cardiologist.
