Since stepping away from social media, I’ve been recording the podcast in real-time, drawing inspiration from recent client conversations. Initially, I had a content plan aligned with the launch of Luminate, but I’ve shifted to more spontaneous episodes that resonate with what’s currently on my heart.

Today, I want to discuss a key theme from a recent Luminate hot seat call: the concept that we all follow a strategy, consciously or subconsciously. Recognizing this can empower you to take control and make intentional choices in your life and business. Every aspect of our lives has an embedded strategy, from brushing our teeth to handling relationships. As a coach, I help clients uncover and refine these strategies to align with their values and goals.

In business, a basic strategy involves three steps: attracting clients, converting them, and delivering your services. This might seem simplistic, but it’s crucial to understand and customize these steps based on your strengths and preferences. Your approach to each stage should reflect what feels most natural and effective for you.
