As real estate pros, we can swing from feeling like the greatest salespeople to wanting to quit very quickly. If a consultation goes well, we’re at the top of the world. If we don’t get a sale, we feel rejected, dejected and ready to leave the business entirely.

The best salespeople aren’t immune to this emotional rollercoaster, but they deal with it differently. Of course, the rejection hurts, but instead of licking their wounds, they bounce back faster so they can win the next deal.

How do we learn to move through rejection faster? How do we better handle the emotions that come with working in sales? In this episode, I share one lesson I have learned from the great agents we’ve featured in the magazine.

People think once you reach a certain point in sales, you won’t suffer from the same emotions negative everyone else does. That’s not true. The only difference is the amount of time you let it affect you. -Remington Ramsey
