Manage episode 436813801 series 3563187
All three Tap the Potential strategists are here to celebrate Bonnie Cecil of Fresh Tech Integrated as our most recent recipient of the Great Place to Work Spotlight. This designation puts the spotlight on business owners who are giving significant attention to making their company a great place to work for A-players. Dr. Sabrina Starling, Melissa Kay, and Kaitlyn Beaver share hosting duties for today’s very special episode.
Bonnie Cecil’s interest in the audiovisual world began in her teenage years as she learned video production; it also led to meeting a guy named Brandon in a high school video class. He would later become her husband. After choosing a stable career in IT after college, Bonnie later made the jump into entrepreneurship with Brandon. Together, they own and operate Fresh Tech Integrated, a design/build audio/video integrator specializing in performance AV for houses of worship, casinos, and other commercial spaces. With Fresh Tech, you won’t see any extra gear or shortcuts–just honest, easy-to-use solutions.
Profit by Design is a Tap the Potential Production.
