Hi, I’m Saara Robles. After over 25 years as an executive coach and leadership consultant working in organizations of every size and shape, with both men and women who were either on their rocket ship to the top or barely keeping it together day to day, I’ve learned a thing or two.
I’ve also learned how to work with people in a way that inspires them to go do great things in their jobs & find the true ‘heart lights up’ kind of satisfaction from work (because why go to work every day and hate it). We spend so much time, emotional currency and energy at work, wouldn't it be great to have an arsenal of best practices to help you maneuver?
