Guiding yourself, your team and create new products by asking the right questions

For this episode, I say thank you Akos Boros from the adidas Team who asked me the question about how I solve problems this week. This sparked ideas from my experience as a coach for individuals and teams and also from my experience in ideation processes for new products.

The first question I ask, when confronted with a problem is if the team or individual really wants to solve the problem. Because there is no coaching without an assignment. I dive into the four layers of engagement as a coaching approach (hear Episode 36 for more). Finally, I present the idea loop method by the Hamburg-based design studio design for human nature and the amazing beach bed that was created through the process.
