This week we sat down with our New Old Friend Kimberly Duran known as “SHMI”. In this episode, we touched on how she became a visual artist and muralist, “Nacho Libre”, her first mural, and finding her partner in crime in art. It was awesome hearing how a teacher helped her believe in her art, how she grew up fast at a young age, working on her personal art collection after hours, and why she thinks art school is not for everyone.
