Get inspired with a weekly meal plan to help simplify your dinner, plus learn about freezer cooking and how it can optimize your meal planning for the month

Weekly Meal Plan:

Monday - Chicken/Cheese Quesadillas

Tuesday- Honey Garlic Chicken on Rice

Wednesday- Taco Mac Casserole

Thursday - Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Friday - Bubble up pizza

Saturday - Instant Pot Pork Chops with egg noodles and veggies

Sunday- Hamburger soup

Freezer Cooking:

  • Shepard Pie x2
  • Scalloped Potatoes x2
  • Hamburger Soup x2
  • Condensed Cream of Celery Soup x2
  • Spaghetti Meat Sauce

Other tips to save time and energy:

  • Carve out time to prep and plan
  • Double batch where you can. Ie. double mashed potatoes, rice and ground beef
  • Pantry fridge, freezer shop and use what you have
  • Didn’t make all your meals you planned-no biggie, make them this week
  • Let your gadgets do the hard work for you
  • Multi-task where you can
  • What are a couple simple things you can prep for breakfast, lunch even dinner
  • Keep a sink of soapy water to wash and rinse as you go-saves time on clean up
