Social Media for Realtors should be FAST and EASY, not time-consuming and expensive.
Jimmy Conover, a content marketer turned real estate agent, explains how creating high-quality and *authentic* social media content for real estate agents doesn't have to be hard, nor does it need to take a ton of time. He emphasizes understanding the pain points and dream outcomes of your ideal customer and how to tailor your social content to them specifically.
Jimmy suggests three content buckets:
1️⃣ community-style events
2️⃣ text on the screen that builds connections
3️⃣ house tours
Jimmy talks about being hyper-local and speaking directly to the target audience at all times. He shares his journey from video production, to agencyo-owner to real estate agent and the challenges he faced in transitioning his content marketing expertise to the real estate industry.
Jimmy Conover also explains why he chose REAL Broker over eXp Realty as his real estate brokerage. He explains that while he was initially drawn to the silo model of eXp, he eventually saw how that could be limiting to himself, and his fellow agents.
