The Philadelphia Phillies earned a split over their four-game series with the Cincinnati Reds winning Game 4, 5-0.

Zack Wheeler tossed 6-scoreless innings in route to his 2nd win of the season, striking out 8 and lowering hit era to 1.93. Ryan kerkering came on in relief to pitch 1.2ip allowing just 1 hit and issuing one walk, before Jeff Hoffman came in to shut down the Reds for the final 1.1 innings.

Wheeler's effort was backed by Bryce Harper's return to the lineup after welcoming his third child. Harper belted a two-run home run to right field as part of a four run third inning. The homer marked Harper's fifth of the season. Bryson Stott also added an RBI Triple in the 3rd as part of a 2-hit day and Kyle Schwarber drove in start with a sack fly to left field.

Trea Turner stays hot at the plate on a 3-for-5 day with a double.

Phillies now head out to the West Coast for a three-game series with the Padres followed by a three-game series with the Angels.
