Throughout her career Nida has always taken on new challenges, from leading a Cloud Migration team for a tier-1 bank, to leading operations for a large-scale global development factory across two countries, five sites and 400+ people.

Passionate about People – Nida is known for building and leading high energy, high performing teams and creating an inclusive- conscious culture, with a strong sense of belonging at the heart of everything she does.

Nida returned to IBM from Maternity leave in April 2021 and undertook a challenging role, in an extremely fast-paced environment as Chief of Staff/EA to the IBM Consulting UK & Ireland Managing Partner. Through sharing her own experiences, Nida aims to show others that being a parent doesn’t mean you have to take a step back in your career.
