Are you afraid of losing friendships because of the unknown outcome? Does your stomach turn when thinking about confronting a conflict? This experience is so common to all of us! No one likes to face those challenges that could result in loss of relationship. But oftentimes, our avoidance of conflict just makes matters worse. Today we want to encourage you that you can overcome your fear of conflict and we will show you how.
