Even if you don't want to be a wholesaler, you should still know how to deploy the method that wholesalers use to find deals. If you are a landlord looking for a rental property you are looking for a wholesale deal at a wholesale price. If you are a rehabber looking for a fix and flip or your next Airbnb, you are looking for a wholesale deal at a wholesale price.
