What Season Best Describes Your Career? It's time to do more than survive! As we move toward the end of the year, it’s time to assess where you are in your career and begin the process of moving toward your renewed goals.

Many of you are still in survival mode. Some of you are in the cul-de-sac of your career. Others are in the whirlwind of undefined expectations. Like the transitions of seasons from fall, to winter, to spring, to summer – your career is going through a metamorphosis. As we transition from one season to the next, our circumstances, needs, mindsets, and actions must evolve.

In this episode of Inclusion Unscripted, Margaret Spence asks, What season best describes your career? Your career teaches specific lessons, but most of us aren’t listening. We celebrate our wins and soft-soap our career losses, but we often never learn to really consider who we are, what we want out of our career, and how we want to move forward from this moment.
