The key message of this year’s World Mental Health Day is the importance of mental health at work. We will be sharing why it's valuable for employers to sign the pledge and benefit from the free training we provide. This training helps create employee champions within organizations, fostering a workplace culture that is non-judgmental, understanding of employee mental health, and committed to tackling stigma and discrimination. We also offer free masterclass training to all pledged employers and the community, helping them understand what stigma is and how to identify and support mental health without discrimination or inequalities.
