Author, blogger, and columnist, Paul Hudon lives with his wife, Jane, in the high grasslands of Southern Arizona, where he finds inspiration for his books and articles. When not writing, Paul can be found exploring the diverse landscape with Jane and their dogs, mountain biking, or riding his motorcycle.

His most recent book, Abundance to Zen: Wisdom for a Fulfilling Life, takes a unique look at how we allow the world to influence who we are and who we choose to become. Each chapter, based on a letter of the alphabet, holds within it the wisdom to help create a life founded on grace, joy, humility, and balance.

In this, his third book, Paul discusses topics ranging from triggers, to mistakes, to character. He explains how each has the potential to limit or benefit the way we go through life.

Since I can remember, I have been a reader, often having several books going at the same time. If anyone was my teacher, it was the wonderful authors who shared their hearts and souls with me through their stories. I laughed, cried, dreamed, and learned from the stories they shared. My first published story was in 1999 and was a short story in a book of stories about children and the crazy things they do. While it was just a couple of thousand words, I remember the excitement of being accepted into the world of authors. Today I work on stories that talk about the amazing power that children have and the mark they can make on the world. I hope to inspire children to feel into their truth and know that they can make a difference.
