Who do you want to be found by? This is what we are going to solve now – the problem of who to work for. How is this a problem? Well if you didn’t already know that in the ‘vacancy showroom’ you don’t get to see all the vacancies that exist when dealing with an agency. You only get to see the ones that the salesperson (recruiter) has to offer – and they are keen on selling you one of theirs, rather than let you look at the whole market. Who knows whether they represent a company you really want to work for or not?
