Leadership and team building are not separate concepts for a business that is interested in growth.
As you might imagine there are lots of human dynamics that go into creating a company that thrives and everyone working there feels like an important part of the mission.
I had the pleasure of talking with Aswand Cruickshank and diving into these dynamics. We talked about fostering a great employee/boss relationship. Aswand reveled the mindset necessary to be an effective intra-preneure.
He also gave the greatest piece of advise ever given to him by one of his many mentors.
