Let's not lie - 2020 has been a wee tad stressful. For me I know it has, I'm thinking for you too! I can't stand myself when I'm busy worrying causing myself stress and then getting cranky to top it all off.

It's just UGLY!

Let's talk about that stress, what we CAN and can NOT do about it!!! It's time we pull ourselves up by our boot straps and quit ninnying around, quit worrying and get moving forward. If you saw my recent post about my own mini-movement #womaninthemirror it's how I feel about it. I am looking at the woman in the mirror and asking her to change her ways. Thank you Michael Jackson for the reminder!!!
