What can we learn from one of the most contentious presidential elections in American history? In this episode, Edward Foley (Ohio State Moritz College of Law) and Franita Tolson (USC Gould School of Law) held a live recording of “Free and Fair” with fellow election scholar Michael Morley (Florida State University College of Law) and Jeffrey Rosen (president and CEO of the National Constitution Center) to discuss the 1876 Hayes-Tilden election.
