Can the cow help save the earth?

My attention was recently directed to an environmental organization in Texas that was helping farmers transition their farms from raising cows to raising plants.

Other than the fact that the organizers were working over farms in Texas, their effort seemed to be in keeping with the times, as the cow has become public enemy number one!

The environmental organizers say we must get rid of the cow to save the earth from climate change and global warming. That sounds like a very serious business, and saving the earth is a very noble thing to do, so I began looking into featuring their effort to get rid of the cow on the Food Chain Radio Show and Podcast.

But then my attention was redirected to dairy farm in California by Maggie B, who is a listener to the show. “Michael,” she said, “Please feature Alexandre Family Farms. They produce regenerative dairy products. And I absolutely love their A2-A2 milk!” Maggie B’s enthusiasm was not to be denied, and now leads us to ask:
