Overthinking kills a pivot; it hinders your progress, which ultimately stifles your goal. Overthinking puts you in a loopty loop of negative thoughts/hallucinations that most likely will never, ever occur. When you recognize that you’re overthinking, give yourself a timeout and ask what the best possible outcome could happen. That will get you out of your funk.
