Today's episode is a solo show as I wanted to talk to you about uncertainty and how we can use it positively for ourselves. As the world starts more and more restrictions again there might be more feelings of uncertainty arising and I will share with you today some of the ways I deal with these feelings and how you might be able to work through them too.
