To answer this question we are joined by Travis Manners, the owner and co-founder of Athletes’ Training Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Travis is a physical therapist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and dives deep into the following topics:

- How often and when should players strength train during the season?
- What types of lifts / exercises should players be doing?
